To make an online payment, please click here to access our online payment portal.
When you navigate to the portal, you will see this page:
Once there, you can input your payment amount, credit card information, name, email, and phone number.
Please be sure to include your name and contact information so your payment can be recorded and credited to your account.
Important Notice: There is a convenience use charge to use this online payment service based on your total payment.
Please add the following amount to your payment total (rent and fees) in order to cover this convenience fee.
Failure to add the convenience fee will result in the rent payment being short.
- for payments between $1 - $99 please add $4.00;
- $100-$199- add $8.00;
- $200-$299- add $12.00;
- $300-$399- add $16.00;
- $400-$499- add $20.00;
- $500-$599- add $24.00;
- $600-$699- add $28.00;
- $700-$799- add $32.00
For example, if your rent and fees total $99;. When making your online payment, your total would be $103.00 ($99 for rent and fees, then the $4.00 convenience fee)
